Last Christmas I was in a very bad horseback riding accident and through the healing process, I started to notice there was something not right. I suffered from low energy and exhaustion, and as a business owner, I really struggled day-to-day - NOT GOOD. My client Laura McKenna who is an FDN at @strengthandshieldcoaching told me that what I was feeling and experiencing could be changed. So we talked some more… She truly looked at every aspect of my life for the reasons why I didn’t have any energy. With all of this deep, ongoing investigation, Laura designed for me a truly customized plan for overcoming exhaustion. And it has really worked!
Not only do I have more energy, but I’m also sleeping better, and I’m able to work out at higher intensities to help build my mobility strength since the accident.

One of the things I love is taking on new challenges! When I first started this VA business, I had absolutely no clue what I was getting in to or even where to start...I was a Vet Tech for goodness sake! But after taking a step back from the Veterinary world I was looking for ways to work from home, manage my own time, and have the freedom to learn and grow on my own terms. It was scary as hell, and one of the best things I did was lean into that fear and tell myself over and over again 'I can make this work'! I am all about finding opportunities to learn and embracing new challenges.
